The Ann Hanoi Hotel & Spa

This team of The Ann got my heart forever! In unlucky situation this hotel was the biggest luck I could imagine. I got hit by a motorbike on my first day in this hustly city of Hanoi and all of the team worried about me and made sure I got a good treatment at the hospital and to rearrange my flights back home. Besides that, this Hotel is a gem in this area: rooms are spacious, bed very comfy, Sauna & Jaccuzi next to the awesome rooftop bar and right under the rooftop pool. The gym is very spacious with open view, too. I highly recommend the breakfast, the drinks at the bar and the food (iced pineapple creme to fish, very yummy) but again, the best are the people working there. When I come back to Vietnam, I definitely stay at The Ann, best feeling of home far away.

It was clean and quiet - I had a room facing away from the main road. The rooms are spacious and equipped with everything you might need. The spa services are great although can get noisy when it’s busy. The roof top bar serves drinks and food and is a nicee place to hang out in the evenings. The gym is well equipped. The hot tub and sauna are good except you need to inform staff when you want to use it so that they can turn them on. The hot tub is very large and clean - it takes 1 hour to full. Convenience stores ATMs and pharmacies are close by. It’s sbout about a 30 min walk to the lake which is a little unpleasant due to limited sidewalk space - not a fault of the hotel - is like that all over central Hanoi. Its is very easy to catch a grab into town though. I also loved that they allow you to check out quite late for a small fee.

Although on arrival our room had air conditioning problems we were moved - upgraded to another room. The staff were fantastic and the breakfast selection is amazing. A special thanks to Kelly who organised our last minute booking to cruise Halong Bay.

The hotel has a very homely feel about it. The staff were really friendly and welcoming. The food was great and the bar is lovely. The roof top pool was clean and well maintained and had a great view over Hanoi. The rooms were large and well equipped and the beds are super comfortable.

Huge king sized bed! The massage at the spa was very relaxing. Everyone was friendly at the hotel and helpful. The location of the hotel was wonderful. It was easy to walk to so many places and some great restaurants were a short distance away. Robes and ironing board with iron in the closet.
